62 Wunulla Road

Completed in 2011 this challenging project consisted of the construction of a new corporate basement beneath the existing 3 storey 1920`s brick residences. The fully carpark basement is located below MHWM.

Construction involved underpinning the western wing of the building while extending the seawall to an appropriate depth.

Works included the construction of a new residential unit, lift and foyer and harbourside pool.
