CSR - Cemintel Urbanform

CSR`s Cemintel URBANFORM is a permanent formwork system for the construction of reinforced concrete walls. The intention is to provide a cost effective product that is easy to erect and can be used in many different environments around the world.

The system consists of prepared panels using a 125mm core of either polystyrene or steel studs with 5mm thick fibre cement bonded to each side.

James Taylor & Associates worked with CSR to develop the URBANFORM system, providing structural analysis and design of the steel studs, assessment of the entire system to relevant codes and standards, and general structural engineering consultation.
